School Admission

Enrollment paperwork is given out when there is an available spot for your child. There are a number of state forms as well as a Tuition Contract that will be completed and returned. The registration fee is $100.

Lodi Day has a first come-first serve waitlist with exception of siblings enrolled students. Contact the office to add your child to the waitlist and ask about admissions at no cost!
